**Summary:** Optimize check constraints for unique relationship/participations \
**Details:** The old unique constraint for entity relationships, act relationship, and act participations consumed at minimum 48 bytes per index entry, this patch converts these unique indexes to use SHA1 which only consumes 20 bytes per entry. This saves significant space in deployments where > 10 million rows exist in these tables. \
